Please use this form to request an exchange. Only items that have been wrongfully sent or damaged during delivery will be exchanged. We also exchange sandals that have been ordered in the wrong size, bearing in mind that the returned pair must be in perfect condition, and unworn. You have up to 14 days after receiving your items to complete this form. Please fill in each information carefully to make sure your request will be processed as soon as possible.

You can fill the form online and you will receive a confirmation e-mail soon as we receive it. You can also send us this withdrawal form by email or registered mail, with your signature and the expedition date (postal service date, email date serving as a proof).
Return of products
: You have up to 14 days after your withdrawal demand to send the concerned products. The concerned products must be in their original condition, along with their original packaging.
: Refund will be done in 14 days following the reception of the products in their original condition.
